A couple ways we could do this.

Convert to base 10

4 + 2*5 = 14(base 10)
3 = 3(base 10)

14 * 3 = 42

42/5 = 8 r 2
8/5 =  1 r 3
1/3 =  0 r 1

read from bottom to top.

If you don't want to convert from base 5 to base 10, make a times table:
