There is no solution.   Observe that if we multiply both sides by (x+3)^2 we get -4 = 0. This is a false statement so we cannot solve this.

It approaches it, but we know from our work it never will reach it. We would have utter chaos if there was a number we could divide by to get to 0. (actually we can "divide" by infinity to get 0, but for these purposes, that's not important)
