Find the z-value of each temperature value:
(97.58-98.2)/0.62 = -1
(98.82-98.2)/0.62 = +1
According to Emperical Rule 68% of the people have temperatures in that range.

What is the Mean, Median, Mode, Sum of squares, Variance and Standard Deviation for Data set#1 ? 
Hopefully you have a TI-83 or better calculator.  Inter the Data; Run the
function "1-Var Stat".  It will give you the answers.  Let me know if this
is not clear.
