{{{x/(4(x-2)) - ((x+1))/((x+4)(x-2))}}}
common denominator 4(x-2)(x+4)
{{{(x(x+4)- 4(x+1))/(4(x-2)(x+4))}}} = {{{(x^2 + 4x - 4x - 4)/(4(x-2)(x+4))}}} = {{{(x^2 - 4)/(4(x-2)(x+4))}}}
we have the difference of squares, cancel (x-2)
{{{((x-2)(x+2))/(4(x-2)(x+4))}}} = {{{((x+2))/(4(x+4))}}}
x cannot = 2 or -4; (division by 0)
