The reason may be that, if "salt" is "Sodium Chloride", this cannot be more than about 24 or 25% in water.  Any such as 50% or 60% is just not physically possible.  


If you want to play in the fantasy anyway:
Let g = water to evaporate
{{{10*60/(10-g)=50}}};
and solve for g.
...but this will still be physically impossible.
