Joe ken and mike are three bicycle riders starting together and traveling around a track that is 1/3 of a mile. One travels 4mph, one 6mph, and one 8mph. In how many minutes will they next be together at the starting point for the first time.

Joe does 1 lap of the track in {{{1/3}}} ÷ 4, or {{{1/12}}} hr, or 5 minutes. He will have completed 2 laps in 2(5), or 10 minutes
Ken does 1 lap of the track in {{{1/3}}} ÷ 6, or {{{1/18}}} hr, or {{{10/3}}} minutes. He will have completed 3 laps in {{{3(10/3)}}}, or 10 minutes
Mike does 1 lap of the track in {{{1/3}}} ÷ 8, or {{{1/24}}} hr, or {{{5/2}}} minutes. He will have completed 4 laps in {{{4(5/2)}}}, or 10 minutes
