Please help me find the 7 other vertices of regular octagon centred at the origin of z=1. Given z1=2+3i

Not sure what "centred at the origin of z=1." means.
If it's centered at the Origin:
2+3i --> mag = sqrt(13)
Angle = atan(3/2)
The other 7 points are spaced 45 degs on the circle of radius sqrt(13).
