Hi,
What is the equation of a line that is parallel to the line 3x-2y=4
Using the standard slope-intercept form for an equation of a line is {{{y = green(m)x + b}}}
  where m is the slope and b the y-intercept.
Solving {{{3x-2y=4}}}  for y
   3x - 2y = 4
      3x-4 = 2y
   {{{  y = green(3/2)x - 2}}}   | Slope m = 3/2
Lines parallel have identical slopes:
There are infinite lines that could be parallel to the given line
One ex:  {{{  y = green(3/2)x }}}
