the standard slope-intercept form for an equation of a line is {{{y = green(m)x + b}}}
  where m is the slope and b the y-intercept.
   y-3=5   
0r  y = 8   |Note: same as y = {{{highlight_green(0)*x + 8}}}
Slope of y = 8 is  {{{highlight(highlight_green( m = 0))}}}   
(It is a line parallel to x-axis (green Line below) it has zero slant)
