Question 818507

What kind of root? Square, cube, 4th, etc.? When posting problems with radicals, describe the type(s) of roots like "square root", "cube root", etc. instead of just saying "root".

What is "under root"? The "5", the "5+2", other? Put parentheses around radicands. ("Radicand" is the name for the expression inside of a radical.) For example "square root of (3x+1)" tells us that both the entire "3x+1" is inside the radical.

Also use parentheses around multiple-term numerators and denominators. So
"1/square root of (5) + 2"
would mean:
{{{1/sqrt(5) +2}}}
while
"1/(square root of (5) + 2)"
would mean
{{{1/(sqrt(5) +2)}}}

Please re-post your problem using the guidelines I've described above. It is extremely unlikely that anyone could figure out what you've posted here.
