Question 794675
what is 4x^-7 in fraction form? Or how can you use fractions to prove the following to be true?
{{{x^-5*4x^-7}}}={{{4x^-12}}}
Since we can multiply in any order the left hand side
can be written as {{{4*x^-5*x^-7}}}
Notice {{{x^-5*x^-7}}} = {{{x^-12}}} and {{{4*x^-5*x^-7}}} = {{{4*x^-12}}}
So we can safely say {{{x^-5*4x^-7}}}={{{4x^-12}}}
{{{4x^-12}}} can be written as
{{{4*(x^-12)}}} = {{{4*(1/(x^12))}}} or {{{(4/(x^12))}}}
