Question 815455
Please don't try to use fraction bars when you post. They almost never turn out well. Instead:

Put parentheses around the numerator.

Put parentheses around the denominator.

Separate the numerator and denominator with a slash, "/".

So a better way to have posted (what I think your expression is) would be:
sqrt(sqrt(2y^2) + sqrt(8y^5))/(4th rt (2y^2))
Also, make sure your parentheses are balanced (a right one for each left one). Yours are unbalanced. The right parenthesis for the first left parenthesis is missing.
Although I think I can figure out what is in the numerator and what is in the denominator, there is no way I can guess where the missing right parenthesis goes. And since each different position makes the problem significantly different I will not willing to risk spending my time on a problem which is not the right one.
