Here are the rules for making negative exponents
positive:

1.  If a factor of the numerator has a negative
exponent, then move the base and exponent
from the numerator to the denominator and
change the sign of exponent to positive. 

2.  If a factor of the denominator has a negative
exponent, then move the base and exponent
from the denominator to the numerator and
change the sign of exponent to positive.

You need only the first rule, but remember the
second one too for other problems that have
negative exponents in the denominator.

So move the {{{5^-3}}} from the numerator to
the denominator and change the sign of the -3
to +3  So you now have this:

{{{1/(5^3)}}}

And since {{{5^3}}} = {{{5*5*5}}} = {{{125}}}

the final answer is

{{{1/125}}}
