You take the x coordinate of each of the ordered pairs, substitute that value for x in the function, and do the arithmetic.  If the result is the given y coordinate, then the point is on the graph of the function, otherwise not.


Hint:  In any given set of ordered pairs, you only have to find one that doesn't make a true statement when you substitute the coordinates.  Fortunately, the first point of all of the incorrect choices makes a false statement when substituted.  But you still have to try all 5 first points because you really have no assurance that there is only one correct answer.
