Question 67468
first, you need to change it into slope-intercept form.(y=mx+b) m=slope b=y intercept.

so when changing x+3y=6, you have to subtract x, from that side and you get 3y=-x+6, now you have to divide 3 to get y alone. so you get y=-x/3=6/3
and that turns out to be y=-x/3=2.

       change into slope intercept form
x+3y=6 --------------------------------> y=mx+b
y=mx+b
3y=-x=6
y=-x/3+2         m=slope which makes m=-1/3  rise/run.
                 b=y intercept which makes it b=2 which is (0,2)
so to graph this you have to go from (0,2)to down one to the right 3 which would be the second point (3,1) and the third point would be (0,6.
