I'll bet that *[tex \Large \sin\left(\frac{11\pi}{2}\right)] isn't on your "cheat sheet" either.  But *[tex \Large \sin\left(\frac{3\pi}{2}\right)] is, or certainly should be.  And since *[tex \Large \sin\left(\varphi\right)] is equivalent to *[tex \Large \sin\left(\varphi\ +\ 2k\pi\right)\ \forall\ k\ \in\ \mathbb{Z}], you can at least find *[tex \Large \sin\left(\frac{3\pi}{2}\right)] which is the same thing as *[tex \Large \sin\left(\frac{3\pi}{2}\ +\ \frac{8\pi}{2}\right)\ =\ \sin\left(\frac{11\pi}{2}\right)].  Then since cosecant is the reciprocal of sine...
