{{{h(3)= - 162 - 27 +18 -12 - 3}}}

but, in case you put minus instead of equal sign and you have this

{{{h(x) = 2x^4 - x^3 +2x^2 -4x - 3}}} then

{{{h(x) = 2*3^4 - 3^3 +2*3^2 -4*3 - 3}}}

{{{h(3)= 2*81 - 27 +2*9 -12 - 3}}}
