Question 777753
My problem is P+N=C+2/C I have to solve for C.

I presume it is {{{P+N=(c+2)/c}}}
We need c in the numerator

multiply the equation by c

we get

{{{c(P+N)=(C+2)*c/c}}}

C(P+N)=C+2

we remove C from the right side by adding -c

C(P+N)-C=C+2-C

C(P+N)-C=2

C is common
C((P+N)-1)=2

C(P+N-1)=2

divide by (P+N-1)

{{{C= 2/(P+N-1)}}}
