The domain of a function is a set, so it should be properly specified as a set:


*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \left{-2,\,0,\,2\right}]


Then the range is the set:


*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \left{f(-2),\,f(0),\,f(2)\right}]


All you need do is to calculate the three values.  It is permissible to eliminate duplicate values in the range set if there are any.
