The inequality is "greater than or equal", so it includes the lower endpoint, hence a square bracket at the lower end point.  Your interval cannot contain a number smaller than 7.


By the way, do not try to approximate the infinity *[tex \LARGE \left(\infty\right)] symbol with two lower case letter 'o's.  Spell out infinity, or abbreviate it as inf or better, infty.  For the other end of the number line, -infinity, or -inf or -infty
