Yes.  There is no horizontal asymptote.  If the degree of the numerator polynomial is larger than the degree of the denominator polynomial, then there is an oblique asymptote that has an equation equal to the quotient of the numerator divided by the denominator using polynomial long division (excluding any remainder)
