Ok, First we're gonna say that 4 is F(x) or Y
so in other words technically the problem is Y=X^4 + 3x^2 
being that Y =4
Then you have to divide x^2 out of both sides
This will simplify the problem.
so You have x^2+3=4/x^2
then were gonna subtract 3 from both sides
X^2=4/x^2 +3
This should be a much simpler problem.
