Question 65847
Graph on a number line :

-x - 3 < but not equal to 1 or x + 2 >3; D = {Integers}
-x-3+3<1+3   or x+2-2>3-2
-x<4         or x>1
-x/-1>4/-1   or x>1
x>-4         or x>1
I can tell you how to graph this, but I can't show it to you, sorry.
The "or" tells you that you want the union of the inequalitities' solutions, whcih would be all the integers greater than -4.
{-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,4,...}
On a number line you would put a dot over the integers to the right of -4, and shade the right arrow, I'll try to show you something about what I mean, shade the o in.
<------o--o--o-o-o-o->>
-5 -4 -3 -2 -1 0 1 2 3
Happy Calculating!!!
