Question 754934
<font face="Times New Roman" size="+2">

If you have -2 multiplicity 2, then you have two factors of *[tex \LARGE (x\ +\ 2)].  1 multiplicity 1 means you have one factor of *[tex \LARGE (x\ -\ 1)].  2 multiplicity 3 means three factors of *[tex \LARGE (x\ -\ 2)].

All together you have *[tex \LARGE f(x)\ =\ (x\ +\ 2)^2\(x\ -\ 1)(x\ -\ 2)^3]

So all you need to do is multiply it out. Enjoy.
