If 35 juniors averaged 80, then the total score achieved by the 35 juniors is 35 times 80. Likewise, 15 seniors averaged 70, so the total score for the seniors is 15 times 70. The total score for all of the students is the total score for the juniors plus the total score for the seniors. And the average for all of them is the total for all of them divided by 50.
