           x = -3

Substitute x = -3 in eq. 4,

eq. 4   3x-y = -11

     3(-3)-y = -11
        -9-y = -11
          -y = -2
           y = 2

Substitute x = -3 in eq. 3 

eq. 3   3x-2z = -11
     3(-3)-2z = -11
        -9-2z = -11
          -2z = -2
            z = 1

Solution (x,y,z) = (-3,2,1)
