Complete the square to put the equation in vertex form:
x^2-5x+? = y-4+?
x^2-5x+(5/2)^2 = y-4+(5/2)^2
(x-(5/2))^2=y-16/4+25/4
(x-(5/2))^2=y+(9/4)
Vertex: (5/2,-9/4)
Axis of symmetry: x=5/2
