Question 64369
please help to add
[3 / (x-3)] - [(2x + 1) /( x^2 - x - 6)] - [3x/(x+2)]
The least common denominator (lcd) is (x-3)(x+2) which is x^2-x-6
Rewrite all the terms with the lcd as the denominator, as follows:
=[3(x+2)/lck] - [(2x+1)/lcd] -[3x(x-3)/lcd]
Combine the numerators and write over the lcd.
=[3x+6-2x-1-3x^2+9x]/lcd
=[-3x^2+10x+5]/[x^2-x-6]
