Question 733472
The expression is undefined when the denominator is zero. This denominator factors to (x+1)(x+2), so {{{x<>-1}}} and {{{x<>-2}}}.

Numeric expressions are not formal written English. Do not capilolize the variable at the start of a writing line nor at the start of a sentence based on the character's position on the page nor the writing location. X is a different variable than x. x is a different variable than X. That is the convention about numeric variables.

Also, designate your superscripts and subscripts reliably. You want your rational expression to look this way:

As plain text:
(x^2 - x -2) /(x^2+ 3x + 2)

As rendered between triple braces tags in this system:
{{{(x^2 - x -2) /(x^2+ 3x + 2)}}}
