How much time will pass before the second cyclist catches up with the first from the time the second cyclist started biking?
---------------
The 1st one is 18 miles away in 3 hours (6*3)
The 2nd one "gains on" the 1st at 4 mi/hr (10-6)
18/4 = 4.5 hours
