Hi, please can you tell me the reason two charges on a bill increase at different percentage rates when he increase is the same for both?

23 increases to 30=7 or 30.43%
53 increases to 60=7 or 13.20%

The % change calculation uses the "starting value" as a base.
7/23 --> 30%
7/53 --> 13%
