Your first problem is just a bunch of arithmetic. You can do your own arithmetic.


Calculate the first 11 perfect cubes, 1 cubed, 2 cubed, 3 cubed...and so on.  Stop at 11 because 12 cubed is larger than 1600.  Divide each of these perfect cubes into 1600.  Count the number of them that divide 1600 evenly.
