Question 728859
(3a+3a*3a)*4b

PEMDAS is order of operations. Parenthesis, Exponents, Multiply/Divide left to right, Add/Subtract left to right.

Inside the () multiplication is first. 3a*3a = {{{9a^2}}}

{{{(3a+9a^2)*4b}}}
cannot add a term with a to a term with a squared, so multiply both terms by 4b.

{{{12ab + 36a^2b}}}
