Question 63652
Hi Alex,
Suppose there are 10 items on a true-false test. The person taking the test does not read the questions; he just answers them randomly. What is the probability of his guessing all answers correctly?
There is a 1/2 chance of getting each one right:
(1/2)(1/2)(1/2)(1/2)(1/2)(1/2)(1/2)(1/2)(1/2)(1/2)
(1/2)^10=1/1024
If you need it in decimal form: .0009765625
Happy Calculating!!!
