Question 721244
Do not use negative exponents y^-5*y. I had worked this problem out and got it wrong on my homework. Can you show me how you work it out before I have the test?
--------------
{{{y^(-5)*y = y^(-5 + 1) = y^(-4)}}}
= {{{y^-4/1}}}
Multiply NUM and DEN by y^4
= {{{y^0/y^4}}}
= {{{1/y^4}}}
