Question 719110
Your domain and range are correct. To graph it you can either:

Find and plot points by

Choosing an x value from the domain

Use the chosen x value and the equation to determine the y value

Plot the point,

Repeat until you have enough points to see how to "connect the dots".

Or...

Use your understanding of the graph of y = |x| and transformations. The graph of y = |x-1| + 2 will be the graph of y = |x| translated to the right by 1 and up by 2.

P.S. In response to the question in your "thank you": The x values you listed are probably the best you could have chosen. But the y values do not go with those x's. For example: if x= -2 then we use the equation, y = |x-1| + 2, to find y:
y = |(-2)-1| + 2
y = |-3| + 2
y = 3 + 2
y = 5
So one point to use would be (-2, 5). Repeat this for the other x values you chose.
