The distance around a circle is called the circumference of the circle.  

The formula is {{{C=2*pi*r}}}, where in this case r=15 feet.

{{{C=2*pi*15= 30 pi}}} feet, where pi= 3.14 approximately.
C=94.2 feet approximately
