Question 718287
Pick two binomials which would be zero; one binomial for each of the given zeros.

{{{(x-(1+sqrt(5)))}}} and {{{(x-3)}}}. You can then create your function in either factored form or generalized form. This will not give all rational coefficients.

Any function such as {{{ f(x)=a(x-(1+sqrt(5)))(x-3)}}}, where a is some real nonzero number, will work.
