Remember when you are dividing two fractions, leave the first fraction (3/2) as is, change the sign to multiply and invert (turn upsidedown) the second fraction (-1/2 --> -2/1).

{{{(3/2)/(-1/2) = (3/2)*(-2/1)}}} Now you multiply. 

{{{(3/2)*(-2/1) = (-3/1)}}} and this is just -3
