Question 706794
the slope {{{m}}} and the {{{y}}} intercept for {{{y+9=0}}}...=>...{{{y=-9}}}

use the {{{slope-intercept}}} form {{{y=mx+b}}} where {{{m}}} is a slope and {{{b}}} is {{{y}}} intercept

{{{y=m*0-9}}}....so, {{{m=0}}} and {{{b=-9}}} and we have a line that is parallel to {{{x-axis}}} and passes through the point ({{{0}}},{{{-9}}})
