Question 7953
seeing as how you have no brackets, the squared term applies to just the B, so...

{{{log(AB^2)}}}

there are only about 3 or 4 RULES dealing with logs...learn them from your notes/textbook.

One of the rules says if you take the log of 2 things multiplied, then their logs are added, so:

{{{log(AB^2)}}} --> {{{logA + logB^2}}}

Another rule says if you have log of a number raised to a power, then that power can be re-written at hte front of the term, so:

{{{logA + logB^2}}} --> {{{logA + 2logB}}}

So, answer is ...? :-)
