Question 703663
The standard equation of a line is Y = mX + B, where m is the slope and b is the Y-intercept.
I am not sure where you got the X=2 from unless that was given to you from the book.

Given: {{{3X-2Y = 5}}}
We need to get Y by iteslf
Subtract 3X from both sides
{{{-2Y = -3X + 5}}}
Divide both sides by -2
{{{Y = (3/2)*X - 5/2}}}
So the slope is 3/2
and the Y-intercept is -5/2
