Question 697672
Hello,
For this one,
y=x^2-4x+3
y=2x-2
Let's set it up as
x^2-4x+3=2x-2
Now subtract 2x and add 2 toget:
x^2-6x+5=0
Factor:
(x-1)(x-5)=0
Solve for x:
x=1
x=5
Now you can plug in these to find out the values of y.
Make sense?
