Is the task to simplify?  You can factor the number and the x terms to find perfect squares, then pull them out of the root.  For x raised to some power factor out an even power then the square root of that will be x to 1/2 the original power.  For example x^3 = x*x^2 and the square root of x^2 is x.<P>
