Question 682146
This is an odd problem given the fact that with trinomials in the numerator and denominator you'd expect there to be reduction. However, I find that all you can really do is simplify by the Zero-Product Property. (If you are in basic algebra I, then any other manipulation that could be learned later would not apply here).

(v^2+v-30)/(4v^2+4v-24) = [(v+6)(v-5)]/[4(v+3)(v-2)]
