Question 678421
Are you starting with {{{-3(x+10)-x/2+3/2<0}}}?
You have only one parenthesis, so I am guessing as to what the original problem is.
...
Multiply the entire equation by 2 to be rid of the fractions
{{{2(-3(x+10)) - 2(x/2) + 2(3/2) < 2(0)}}}
...
-6(x+10) - x + 3 < 0
Distribute the -6
-6x - 6(10) - x + 3 < 0
...
Combine like terms
-7x -60 + 3 < 0
-7x - 57 < 0
...
Isolate the x variable
-7x < 57
Divide both sides by -7 **note sign change for dividing by a negative**
{{{highlight_green(x > -57/7)}}}
