sorry i was trying to put the line under the < sign but i couldn't

-8 <= 2x+6 <= 4
----
Subtract 6 along the line to get:
-14 <= 2x <= -2
------
Divide thru by 2 to get:
-7 <= x <= -1
-------------
Notation: [-7,-2]
