Question 662341
This does not sound like algebra to me.
As far as I know, thigh, forearm, and heel of the thumb have been used to draw blood for home glucose monitoring. Glucometers that advertise needing very little blood and come with a special lancet cover to test at alternate sites have existed in the USA for at least 10 years. Pricking the alternate sites is less painful than pricking the firgertips.
