When an <font color="red">odd number</font> is <font color="green">added</font> to the <font color="purple">product</font> of <font color="blue">two even numbers</font>


Example:


<font color="red">3</font> <font color="green">+</font> <font color="blue">2</font> <font color="purple">*</font> <font color="blue">4</font> = 3+8 = 11


which is NOT even. So the statement is false.
