This doesn't look like it is the whole question. If it is, then there are an infinite number of solutions for any X and Y where Y is double the value of X.

Examples:
x=1 and y=2   (1,2)
x=2 and y=4   (2,4)
x=-2 and y=-4   (-2,-4)
